1 Baguette
Olive Oil or Canola Oil Spray
Fine Sea Salt
Pepper
Granulated Garlic
8 oz Burrata
7 oz Olive Tapenade
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice the baguette- 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch slices. Arrange in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Spray the baguette slices with the olive or canola oil, then sprinkle the sea salt, pepper, and garlic on top. Bake until the tops just barely start to crisp- you want a crispy outside but with a chewy center so you don’t want the bread to get too browned. Depending on the thickness of the slices, this will take 5-10 minutes. Flip the bread slices over. Spray again with olive or canola oil and add another sprinkling of sea salt, pepper, and garlic. Put the bread back in the oven to crisp up the other side. This should only take around 5 more minutes. Remove from the oven and allow the bread (now crostini) to cool on the cookie sheet.
Once cooled, spread the burrata on each crostini and top with with about 1/2 tsp of tapenade.
